This contract included Customer service for wireless devices with a small amount of sales included in the contract. Arise then sub-contracted personnel for working with the Dealers (DSG), Chat PFs (to aid in finding answers) and QAPFs (Quality) for keeping everyone on track for their contracts and Statements of Work.

Pest Control Company

The contract allows you to book appointments for pest control services and ongoing support as well. This position is based on sales. You also provide the service of determining what type of pest the customer may have and then booking the correct treatment.
